This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing hairstyling services provided by Styled by Teresa P, hereinafter referred to as "Teresa," to clients engaging in said services. By booking a Bridal Hair Trial, Bridal Hair Preview or Event Hairstyling with Teresa, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the following policies:

 

1. Cancellation Policy:

1.1 No Cancellations Allowed:

Clients are informed that once an appointment is booked, cancellations are strictly prohibited. Any cancellation attempt on the client's behalf, will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit amount. If you require a cancellation, please notify Teresa via email and she will handle your cancellation.

1.2 Exception:

The only exception to the no-cancellation policy pertains to Bridal Hair Trial appointments, in the event that the client's wedding date becomes unavailable after the Trial has been scheduled, the booking will be cancelled, and the deposit will be refunded, less a $10 processing and administration fee. In this case, Teresa will notify you and handle your cancellation and partial deposit refund.

 

2. Rescheduling Policy:

2.1 Loss of Deposit for Rescheduling within 48 Hours:

Clients are advised that rescheduling an appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the loss of the entire deposit. Teresa understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but clients are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible to avoid this loss.

2.2 Bridal Preview Booking Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have sufficient time to schedule a Preview in before the wedding. Teresa does not guarantee availability. Booking a wedding date does not guarantee availability for a preview appointment.

 

3. Service Description:

3.1 Careful Review Before Booking:

Clients are strongly urged to carefully read and understand the service description provided by Teresa before booking an appointment. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the selected service aligns with their expectations and requirements.

 

4. Miscellaneous:

4.1 Right to Refuse Service:

Teresa reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.

4.2 Changes to Policy:

Teresa reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the updated policy will be effective immediately upon notification.
